Anh Lu Tops Record Field For $182,750 Prize

Roger Johanessen took the honours at the latest Betfair Live! event at the Fox Poker Club in London over the weekend. The Norwegian, one of a hefty Scandinavian presence, outlasted a 148-player field to pocket a first prize approaching £15,000.

There appears to be no slowing down Steve O’Dwyer.  He had a massive 2011, winning a $5,000 Bellagio Cup event, winning the first Epic Poker Pro/Am event, and finishing runner-up in both the EPT London Main Event and the WPT Venice event.  While other players who had red hot 2011′s saw their hot streaks cool down though, O’Dwyer just keeps on doing what he has been doing.
