Poker Experience Includes:

• 1. Caribbean Poker Experience
  Our 1st place finisher will have the luxury of attending the Canadian Poker Tour's Invitational tournament located in the Dominican Republic, January 2009! The buy-in for this tournament is $6,500 CAD (4,000 Euros) and your travel/accomodations will be taken care of.
• 2. Scandinavian Poker Experience
  Our 1st Place Finisher, along with the 3rd place finisher, will be awarded a seat (with travel and accomodations) to the EPT Scandinavian Open in February 2009. The buy-in for this tournament is 52,250 DDK (7,000 Euros)
• 3. North American Poker Experience
  Our 1st Place Finisher, along with the 2nd place finisher, will be awarded a seat (with travel and accomodations) to the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Event in California, USA! This tournament, which takes place in March 2009, is most known for the $5,000 Bounties placed on all Celebrity Poker Professionals that play in the event. The buy-in for this event is $10,000 USD (6,000 Euros).
• 4. Italian Poker Experience
  Our 1st Place Finisher, along with the 5th place finisher, will be awarded a seat (with travel and accomodations) to the EPT San Remo event in April, 2009. The buy-in for this tournament is 5,250 Euros.
• 5. Asian Poker Experience
  Our 1st Place Finisher, along with the 4rd place finisher, will be awarded a seat (with travel and accomodations) to the Asian Poker Tour in Macau. With an approximate buy-in of $5,300 (3,300 Euros) and a guaranteed prizepool of 1.5M, this is sure to be an event that will attract the most prestigious players. Please Note: The date for this tournament has not been set as of yet; however, based on the 2008 schedule, the tournament takes place in August, 2009.
• 6. All players who finish in the top 10 of this event will receive a seat to Fortune Poker's 250K Guaranteed Monthly Tournament.

How to Qualify:

Since this is an opportunity of a lifetime, we are opening up the qualification to all of our players in 3 different ways AND you will be given 3 chances to participate!!! Qualifying rounds will take place in September, October & November in the following 3 ways:

Ring Game Qualification

The top 75 players with the most raked hands each month will automatically receive a seat in the December Final Event.

MTT Qualification

A semi-final tournament will run the last week of every month, with a buy-in of 25+2. A minimum of 10 players must participate and 1 seat for every 10 players will be awarded to the December Final Event. We will be running 2 satellites per week with a buy-in of 5+0.50 for entry into the semi-final tournament of the month.

MTT Schedule:

Satellite: Wednesdays @ 7:00 PM GMT – 5+0.50 Buy-in (One in every 5 advance)
Satellite: Saturdays @ 7:00 PM GMT – 5+0.50 Buy-in (1 in every 5 advance)
Semi-Final: Last Sunday of the Month @ 7:00 PM GMT – 25+2.5 Buy-in (1 in every 10 advance)

 

Freeroll Qualification

On the last Saturday of every month, we will be running a freeroll with a required minimum of 100 players, where 3 seats will be given away to the December Final Event.

Around The World Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter of this promotion is Fortune Poker
   
2. The Prizes for this event includes 5 trips (Travel, Accomodations, Tournament Seat) for the 1st place winner, 2nd through 5th place will be awarded a seat to one of the events, and all top 10 players will receive an entry into Fortune Poker's 250K Monthly Guaranteed Tournament.
   
3. The minimum age limit for these tournaments vary based on location. If a player qualifies for an event that has a requirement of 21 and over, the player must forfiet the event and can participate in the San Remo EPT.
   
4. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Fortune Poker. Fortune Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
   
5. Fortune Poker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
   
6. Fortune Poker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Fortune Poker cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Fortune Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Fortune Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
   
7. Fortune Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
   
8. Fortune Poker Tournament rules apply.
   
9. In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
   
10. Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate; however, there is NO CASH ALTERNATIVE awarded.
    
11. The winners will be required to wear Fortune Poker branded clothing at each event they participate in.
    
12. By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
    
13. Seats for the events are not transferable.
