Wow. That’s all we can say after the maniac action at the high stakes Omaha tables on PokerStars this past 48 hours. You may recall yesterday we posted some action from – who else? – Isildur1 who was at the time up $300,000 when we published.
Now, he is up $152,000. But the story isn’t as simply as that. Yesterday, Viktor Blom
was at the tables for over 12 hours and at one point climbed as high as
$690,000 profit. In the dying hours of his session, though, he managed
to drop down to his $152k profit.
Others involved in the action were Jens “Jeans89” Kyllonen who earned six figures and Ilari “Ilari_FIN” Sahamies who dropped almost $200k. One man who will wish yesterday’s action never happened is Phil “MrSweets28” Galfond who lost $700k, posting a graph on Twitter that showed him running over $500k under EV. Ouch.
