VIP Loyalty Program

24hPoker would like to inform all its loyal customers that as of February 01, 2009, we will be introducing a new VIP Loyalty Program in replacement of the VIP Cashback GOLD. The VIP Loyalty Program is also a progressive monthly bonus based on the amount of VIP-points earned during any given month, however you will now only have to earn 300 VIP points in order to earn €25, whereas with the old Cashback GOLD system, you had to earn a minimum of 500 VIP in order to earn the same amount.

The VIP Loyalty Program consists of a clean 6 level payout scheme, making levels much easier to reach, and due to the elimination of the percentage payout on rake within the Cashback Gold system, all levels of players will now find it extremely simple to calculate their monthly bonuses. For each level you advance to, you will receive a higher pay-out and additional payout per VIP point bracket. See table and example below.

Example:
Player A has earned VIP650 = €25 for reaching Level 1 plus €15 for the additional 350 VIP points, resulting in €40 in total.
Player B has earned VIP2750 = €300 for reaching Level 3 plus €75 for the additional 750 VIP points, resulting in €375 in total.

Players who are already signed up the VIP Cashback GOLD will automatically be transferred to the VIP Loyalty Program. New sign-ups who would like to join the VIP Loyalty Program will need to send an email to support@24hPoker.com from the email that they have registered in their account. Write your username and make sure all information supplied is 100% correct as per the information you signed up with in your account. You must have also entered a valid phone number where we can reach you, in your account information. By applying with the correct information you will be eligible for VIP Bonus Loyalty Program. We will require you to send us a signed document confirming your details to be eligible to the bonus. Confirmation documents will be sent out to everyone applying for VIP Bonus Loyalty Program. If you have signed up for the VIP Loyalty Program, you will be able to see your progress within the poker client.

If other bonuses have been paid out during the same month, the total payout (VIP Loyalty Program + any other bonus) cannot exceed 50% of the player’s monthly rake. The VIP Loyalty Program bonus scheme is paid out on the 1st of each month for the previous month's VIP point earnings.
